Experience was okay, no reservation on the Saturday and was told to come back in 20 minutes which was fine. After we got seated, service per normal with the exception of relatively slow service, eventually after sitting round waiting aimlessly for dessert we decided to scrap dessert and just get the bill. Food was fine, service was maybe slightly below expectations for this chain but overall, okay. 3/5
I have dined in plenty of times , recently i have been in alone & the staff & atmosphere they create make me feel warm & welcomed. Quickly served, no issues with any requests , love this place, food is A* my go to everytimeFood: 5/5
I was disappointed to find earth in my most recent meal which I had delivered to work. However, I am even more so that I have not received a refund which was promised. I would not order from this restaurant again as the customer service is despicable. I am sure this would have been resolved had I been in the restaurant.Food: 1/5
We had an amazing experience here, the server Olivia was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The drinks were flavoursome and the food was just enough to fill you up. We were not rushed and allowed to eat in our time If you are ever in Eldon Square and fancy and Italian....come here!

A nice place to eat during a shopping trip in Newcastle. Restaurant was not too busy at the time of arrival and got seated by a staff member very quickly. Tables clean and could see staff cleaning tables not long after customers had left. Menu choices were great. Ate cheesy garlic doughballs for starters which were delicious. The main course which was spaghetti and meatballs were also very tasty. Didn't have to wait long for food and both dishes came out at a nice temperature. One of the best spaghetti and meatballs I have had. Although I'm afraid I had to knock one star off because when I said to the waiter I was interested in getting a dessert, themselves and other staff seemed to loose interest in coming back to our table to take our order for this. The restaurant didn't get much busier during our time here, would understand more if it got much busier. Ended up waiting around 30-40 minutes, then decided to pay the bill and leave as we were short for time. Fairly good experience overall, but a dessert would have been nice.
Had set menu of meatball starter and then chicken Milanese. Delicious. Would definitely recommendFood: 5/5
