There was a lot of hype with the sales pitch to get us on board but reality was a different picture. Maybe we were unlucky but the service we experienced was less than average. Over priced rental expectations resulted in only one viewing over 5 weeks. We obtained a tenant through our own endeavours, no thanks to JVR. Would not recommend as a first choice for letting your house.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE CROOKS, PEOPLE FROM THIS COMPANY BULLIED ME, INTIMIDATED ME AND KEEP HARASSING ME. THEY ARE UNPROFESSINAL AND CERTAINLY CAN NOT RUN A BUISNESS. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY EFFECTS ON ME AND MY FAMILY. SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THEM AS WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING COURT ACTION AGAINST THEM

DO NOT USE! JVR charge applicants a high 'application' fee In Scotland this is ILLEGAL! Look it up! 100% Certified illegal, it is a criminal offence and they can be brought to court for it, Don't use this cowboy bunch, find a regulated agency.
