Take away only but an incredible fish and chips which is money worth. Fish was smooth inside and crispy outside with a flavourful seasoning. The chips were tasteful. The portions are incredibly generous. My family couldn't finish their meals I took a large fish and large chips and the others took a special small fish and chips. I would recommend the small fish and chips.
I had 2 fish and chips both large, 1 portion of scampi and 1 portion of breaded squid ring and I paid 25,40£ Everything fresh and fried very well. Good quality Thank you for the experience
The best fish and chips in the area, good quality and very large portions. Fish and chips cooked separately from the meats and prices are decent. I had a medium haddock and chips and the haddock was huge, could have fed 2 of us. Next time I will ask for a large and share it. Friday evenings are always very busy.
ENORMOUS PORTIONS Had medium cod, small chips and onion rings, it could feed 2 people, am currently in food coma. The food was DELICIOUS and service was excellent. Be aware that it is cash only.
The size of the portions needs to be seen to be believed. There is a reason why people queue round for block for 30 mins for a portion of fish and chips. I have been coming here since I was a kid. Really happy to see the family having successFood: 5/5
Gotta be the best value fish and chips you will find in London, fried seperate so halal friendly unlike most. The special small for £6.50 gets you two pieces of small cod and a good portion of chips. Enough for an adult or 2 small kids to share in my humble opinion. Tastes just as good if not better than many others Ive tried. Only issue is queues out the door most evenings, another sign that this is the place to go lol.
Good food at a reasonable price. The portion size is good and the food is top notch. I go here more than I really should but it’s well worth the money. Parking: There are a few 30 minute bays close by but the local businesses quite often use them rather than pay for a business permit for the CPZ bays.
Leyton little secret that survives still even as the area has changed rapidly, appearances are deceptive but this little gem still offers value for money, great portions and great taste. I have been coming here for years and is easily the best chippy in the area. be prepared to wait in queue on Fridays and Saturday's.Food: 4/5
