If I could zero star I would! First time I’ve used them and would never again! I booked in advance for a solo journey home from Havant on the app and my booking was confirmed. When the collection time passed I called to be informed they’ve over booked and the earliest they’d be there is in 45 minutes, with no cars in the area - despite one driving past as I was on the phone, leaving me, a lone female on my own. No apology, no help! Use at your own risk!
After 4 years of providing me with an excellent service I felt I must provide my experience. I lived in Brighton for 20 years, taxis there are more than double the cost. I have used Andi cars for 4 years now without a single issue. They are always polite, they always arrive quickly. I often have some great chats with the drivers most are very friendly. They earn so little with the costs they pay and have always been polite even for like 5 minute journeys when they must only earn 2GBP then have to wait and take the time to drive to the next job. My driver collect me 1130am 20/8/2022 from PO10 7QP He was polite, friendly and talkative. Perhaps some of the bad reviews are made by people how are rude to the drivers, who knows, it has not been my experience one single time. 10/10. Many thanks for your years of excellent service. Appalling service. Booked a taxi for 7pm it didn't show up. Took 20 minute for someone to answer phone to be told earliest it would arrive is 8pm. Even though I pre booked it. 0 stars and empty promises not happy. I will not use this service again. The only reason 1 star is displayed is to be able to give this review. A shocking service
After a seamless pick up to take us from our airbnb to a wedding our return journey was met with multiple cancelled trips as drivers didn't want to do it. Seeing as I paid upfront and booked a specific time, I would have expected someone to have been booked in rather then waiting in the middle of nowhere and being told they were trying to find us a driver. In the end had to book another taxi firm and andi cabs never did find us a cab
Very rude , abrubt, not helpful driver . He tried to trick me and asked 5 pounds for parking fee in the airport .He only waited 20mins and he said he waited over 1 hr. He is so idiotic that he shown me the ticket from parking so I can confirm he didn't Stay more than 20 mins in the airport. He shouted at me to shut up , and used bad language and shouts when i tried to explain why I'm not giving him the money he asked . He said :"thats what happens when you are a good man ,I should have asked you 10 pounds " His argument was that my flight was early landed more than half an hour so I have to pay from the moment I landed until the moment I met him . I said the early landing has nothing to do with you as you were not there waiting for mme then he said if I was there you wouldn't be there !?! very uncomfortable ride back home ,very frustrating and stressful .I wish I could give half or minus star rating.
Very good service - would highly recommend. Taxi turned up exactly on time with the appropriate size vehicle for number of passengers, exactly what we asked for. Reasonable price too. The driver found us easily in an obscure out of town location after midnight. Thank you
I called to inquire about taxis and first was spoken to by a very understanding woman, who asked me to get all of the postcodes for the 4 taxi journeys we needed. I did this, and called back, to speak to another member of the team. I asked the man to speak to the woman I had spoken to previously, to be informed that there are no women working here - which is untrue. After a lot of hassle and time, they then waited for me to go through all of the details to then tell me that I would have to call back on the day of the event ridiculous planning to book a taxi then. So unhelpful, and really little to no consideration or understanding for the customer. Previously, we have used AndiCars and they have been great. I don't know what has changed in their company policies in the last 6 months, but the service is not as helpful nor as friendly.
Booked a taxi for 5pm at 2pm and by 5:30pm the taxi still hadn’t been dispatched meaning I missed a table booking ruining my night. Would not use again.
We had a taxi to Southampton Airport. Driver emailed about 30 minutes in advance. Arrived about 15 minutes early, helped us with the luggage. Was courteous, kind and utterly professional. Taxi immaculate and very comfortable. His name was Chris.
My girlfriend and I booked an Andicars to bring us back from victorious festival to Havant on the Sunday evening, , agreed a place to meet and the car never showed up, no texts etc Tried calling, Couldn’t ge through to them, and the automated service confirmed booking was present. Ended up having to get a taxi off a tank at hugely increased cost, not the first time this has happened either. Won’t be using this company again, total rubbish.
