When picked up from the return flight the driver refused to come to the collection point causing us to walk around Heathrow airport trying to find him. Instantly we were met with moans about how the driver had been working long shifts not what you want to hear after 27 hours of plane journeys as we made it to the mini van we were met with a banged up Renault mini bus which was hardly executive travel which we paid for. If that wasn't enough the driver forgot to load up one of the bags causing the Heathrow bomb squad to tamper with the bag as a high security alert. Oh yeah 1 last candle for the cake the driver also smoked in the mini bus for the duration of the journey. Any complaints we have tried have been met with rudeness from both companies. Avoid this service at all cost.
What can I say.. more than happy with the service provided. They were recommended to us. We called for a price which was reasonable, and therefore booked. We needed a pick up at 2am, received a text evening before confirming who our driver would be Pete. He turned up on time at 2am, had respect that this was a early pickup and therefore did not make small talk or put radio on, but let us sleep in the back. On return different driver, no text message but pick up was smooth. Again didn't push with small talk unless we wanted to as again we where tired. Have already recommended them and would certainly use them again. Thank you again.
DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A SAFE JOURNEY WITH A CHILD I have been using this company for a number of airport runs and always found them fine until yesterday. Booked a minibus to take our family away including 3 year old. Had to provide own car seat which they then are meant to bring upon return. Driver turned up with no car seat and informed us it was not his problem !!! The response I received today from Douglas the so called manager was nothing short or rude. Will be reporting them to Havant council
August 2016 we were left at airport for 4hours in the early hours of the morning. Had two small children. No contact from anyone until we rang them when the vehicle we had booked in May failed to 'meet and greet' Took four hours to deal with a puncture apparently. Have been offered £20/24 off a future booking......REALLY! Would not normally put such negative reviews but appalled at the customer service from this company that out of principle looking at taking it further. No point booking early either as they take your money butdo not guarantee you will be provided with 'luxury transport' as advertised, 626 taxi picked us up!!
Will never use this company again. Journey from Gatwick to Gosport after a 10hr flight from Mexico, and our driver undertakes, tailgates and flashes people to force them out of the way, at one point veering dangerously into the middle lane after intimidating another motorist. Got out early due to concerns for our safety, paying over £20 to complete our journey to another taxi firm. Complained to management who state the driver has denied any wrongdoing. Will never use again, steer clear and know that the many other negative reviews speak for themselves.
Poor service. I booked a taxi for a return journey to Heathrow on the basis that we would be provided with a Mercedes car for the trip there and back. On the return journey the driver was not at the airport. I phoned and was told that they were busy, and that a replacement car had been sent. When it arrived it was a standard taxi. Not really acceptable when they advertise Mercedes and you pay for this. I don't think I will use them again.
Called to rebook husbands booked car told £65 charge as they had driver booked to go up. I explained connecting flight missed due to delayed inward flight told not our problem driver is booked to go and get him. When I said fine please ensure driver is going to be making the trip if I was going to be paying. was asked why I explained if I was going to be paying for it I wanted trip made. Woman just put phone down, rude staff lack of customer service far better services available with good customer service.
We have been using this airport service for a couple of years now on every Business & Pleasure trip. This might be 10 times a year. We have always had good service and no bad experiences. It is by far the easiest and less stressful way to start and end a trip and in most cases it saves money versus fuel & parking. It makes us feel like VIP's too! Keep up the good work another car journey just booked!!.
This was a 5 star operation until recently. Most of the time it was a great experience, with courteous drivers who kept in touch and lovely cars. However, maybe since the takeover by Aqua and/or merger with Jet Link, the back office customer service is dreadful and more often than not drivers' communication is missing, which must be an issue of training and induction. When stretched they send you a local taxi with a driver who is not versed in the airport taxi business. I shall be looking for another provider, although that will not be easy with Aqua acquiring "everything that moves".
Oh yea nice and cheap. That's where the good stuff ends. The last 2 times, my experience wasn't great. First time my driver never turned up to the airport. Another driver was sent had to wait for about an hour and I didn't have the executive Merc i had paid for. Next time booked car for 06:00. Turned up at just after 07:00. This ate into my airport lounge time. The girl on the desk just said nothing was available. Will most definitely not be using them again. Very disappointed. Awful customer service. May as well use Andicars. I'm only putting this negative review on because if I phone and complain. Itching will be done. Not blaming drivers although they don't seem to be reliable. The company is shocking
