We booked airport transfers with Jetlink for our family holiday. They were fantastic, we had a 6am flight on the way out and so booked an early pick up for 2AM. We got a text the night before with our drivers name and phone number, our driver arrived on time, with booster seats for the kids, he was very friendly and helpful. On the return, again I got a text with driver details. Our flight was delayed an hour leaving menorca, but Jetlink obviously check arrival times and I got a txt when we landed to say our driver had arrived, I texted our driver directly to say we were delayed through passport control, when we got our driver Robert was there waiting at arrivals having parked the car. Again he was very friendly helping us with our luggage and making the return journey very easy. We will definitely use Jetlink again and would recommend them to anyone needing friendly and reliable airport transfers.

Bloody Joke!! ! Paid upfront and no driver to meet us. Flight delayed and called the driver number to be told he'd asked for the night Off!! Rang their out of hours service and despite the woman on the other end saying she'd call back we had to ring again to be told a driver was 45 miles away!!! Would never use Andicars or Jetlink again. Similar experience last time we booked with them too.

Great service. Been using local services for years and I used Jetlink for my holiday this year. The service was so good it was like having a chauffeur for the price of a standard taxi to the airport.

1.5 hours late and picked up by a nutcase in an Andicars cab who couldn't stop saying fuc**ing. Useless.
