I purchased my car from Snows Toyota Waterlooville. I had seen Kevin recommended on an owners club as a good and useful contact at the dealership and the recommendation was correct.  From initial enquiries to ownership of the car, and beyond Kevin has keep me updated, talked through the buying process and treated me like a customer of years. I’ve not had great experiences of main dealers in the past but this has smashed my view and I would happily purchase again from him.

Grant made the buying process so easy and completely stress free. In contact and keeping me informed at every step, even for the smallest of updates. Him and wider team went the extra mile to ensure my partner and myself had both of our cars delivered together on the same day for an extra special handover. Really impressed with the personal touch from the entire team. Loving my new Supra. Thanks so much!

I confirmed an order on a new Argo X for my wife yesterday. The experience for me has been excellent, Todd expected his professional and attentive care on the customer’s needs. He paid extra patient and to let me know the details regarding purchase and delivery of the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Him. Todd has always been curious, helpful and very professional. It's been a pleasure dealing with them. He’s such a friend more than a cup of coffee can be rewarded. It’s worth to recommend him to my friends.

I had superb customer service today. Having sustained a minor rear end shunt in my Yaris I asked the staff if it would be possible just to check for damage beyond what I could see.  I was given immediate attention even at the busiest time of the day by both Lucy and Elle who were both courteous, knowledgeable and charming. I have always found Snows of Waterlooville to provide excellent attention and would recommend them.

Just picked up my lovely brand New Toyota Aygo-X today. Got a great deal and customer service from Toby, I honestly don't think he could have been more helpful. I usually hate buying a new car, but he made it easy for us. Snows Toyota gave me great service, only wish that I could give them some "More Stars".

Booked car in for MOT and service, was greeted by a Mr Lee Warren, I was offered complimentary drink while I waited for the work to be completed. the staff were very friendly and helpful. My vehicle was returned spotless and Mr Warren went through all of the paperwork with me. Overall a great experience.

Snows were recommended to me by a good friend, who had had found them excellent to deal with. The experience for me has been excellent, Kevin Sturgess has gone the extra mile to keep me in the loop regarding delivery and purchase of the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Him. Kevin and anyone else I have spoken to have always been curious and helpful and very professional. It's been a pleasure dealing with them.

Brilliant service on my car as always. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating. In particular, El Robinson who greets people when they come in is just a delight. She is friendly, chatty, and has a genuine kindness about her that makes waiting for your car to be returned feel like a breeze. She’s a real asset to the team.

I bought a car through Snows and was lucky enough to have Grant as the sales person. He was excellent, not push and a thoroughly nice guy. There was a personal touch to his approach and he made the whole process go smoothly. Excellent service!

I couldn't have asked for better customer service when I visited today. Tea/coffee on arrival and a warm welcome. Colin and Grant went above and beyond to talk me through different specifications/organise a spontaneous test drive - all with the prior knowledge that a sale was not going to be completed today. Really appreciated - a dealership that is a credit to Toyota!
