Nothing but problems this week with 626. Phoned for a taxi this morning to be told a 10 min wait, i asked if this is real time or taxi time.. the operator said real time..... 50 mins later the taxi turned up making my daughter late for school and myself late for work. Worst experience this week, every other day they have been late to. the phone operators need to be honest with customers on taxi waiting times !!!!!

Got no idea what the problem is with most of the folk who have given poor reviews. Just used 626 for the first time and they were awesome. Great service from booking to delivery. I suspect most of the negative comments are from rival cab firms so have no faith in what they say. Give it a go and make up your own mind and don't be swayed by what the competition might say. Don't really care if you think this is a set up by 626, but hope you can think for yourself.

A total embarrassment!! Maybe cars that actually existed would be a good start! Don’t bother using them at all, there are plenty more taxi companies with cars that will turn up. Embarrassing!!!

Really disappointing - asked for a taxi to come to a very easy to find address. Was showing a property that day and 5 visitors found the building without issue. Person at 626 booking taxi said half an hour, then when I asked for another number she said 'no'... then promised she could get one sooner. 40 mins later one car couldn't locate the address, and cancelled itself without telling me so I called them again. And then again another ten minutes after they said the next car would be with me. Caron arrival had all windows wide open but still reeked of smoke. Missed two trains. Would have been quicker and calmer walking the 2miles I'm afraid.

Disgusting. Waiting 30 minutes for taxi after the time date that we booked early for!! Call and say it’s down the road. Call 10 minutes later and they say it’s coming when it’s available it’s currently down town. Told us we won’t get a taxi if we ask again and try to ask why it’s late. Very rude person needs customer service training and can’t even tell us how long we will be waiting in the cold! Called Andi and Aqua cars who were able to turn up before!!! Never use again.
