This is a great place for everyone no matter how old you think you are! Waves are amazing, slides good but the best was the outdoor pools which were relaxing. We were there 5 hours and the child was not bored and wanted to stay longer. It isn't cheap but in fairness if you stay all day it isn't bad at £60 for a family ticket. We raised one concern we had with the team about people being allowed to take photos inside the pools area. This should be banned in my opinion as it is in most swimming pools. Hopefully the management will look at this now it has been raised.

Firstly be prepared to pay to park your car and secondly then pay the extortionate entry price. If you are planning to spectate be ready to don your socks and shoes and also to pay £15 for the privilege of entering the "area"and being able to use the cafe to grab a cuppa (and to pay of course). If you want to wait for your family while they have fun there is a table in reception with a hot drink vending machine - the area is far from comfortable and the view is limited. Not somewhere you need to visit twice!!

1st class experience a real must for kids and adults alike. A little pricey but then we did have the full place to our selves outdoor pools at a great temperature and crystal clear. Kids play pool and a wave pool. 4 amazing white knuckle slides age and height restrictions. Food is a little pricey don't let it put you off. A wonderful child friendly pub opposite makes up for the food. Visit Scarborough visit Alpamare. £3.60 return from the town centre 10 min bus ride. A real must.

Great fun with the kids and family. The slides are awesome (I'm 38 and I was running back up the stairs for another go. Outdoor pool is really nice, very warm and can use in any weather. The view over the sea just tops it all off.

We have been 5 times now and after some issues on the first visit it has been very good. Great pools and well worth a visit I winter as swimming outside under the stars in a nice hot pool is excellent. Kids love it too.
