East Riding Leisure Bridlington is home of Splash Zone the best value fun pool on the East Coast. The centre is also home to sport and fitness in the town.

Story

The new £25 million East Riding Leisure Bridlington is now open. The centre features a 25 metre six-lane swimming pool with learner pool; a Splash Zone pool with fun slides and waterplay features; the amazing Clip n’Climb; and spaces for parties – not forgetting the café/ coffee shop with spectacular views of the bay.

The centre has a superb range of sports and leisure activities under one roof, and offer accessible health and fitness facilities for local residents and visitors to the town. The new Centre has made a huge contribution to the regeneration of Bridlington town centre, situated in an unrivalled position on the seafront, with superb views for customers across Bridlington bay to Flamborough Head. The development of East Riding Leisure Bridlington has been funded by East Riding of Yorkshire Council (£20.9 million); the Coastal Communities Fund (£2.1m); and Sport England (£2m).

Lovely views out to sea from their cafe which had reasonable prices sorry can't comment on food as only had a drink. The cafe is very clean Have added prices dated June 2026. You can catch the north beach train from the bottom of the steps.
My wife booked a session for her and the kids in advance but as it happened unexpectedly her time of the month happened. When asked to move the session to the week after she was met with a non-emotional response of no refunds , no changes.nnI think this is disgusting as woman's problems cannot be helped and I thought this day and age people where more understanding.nnBut my gym membership is up for renewal at the end of march and direct consequence of this I will not be renewing and will be moving to a different gym.nnThis lack of compassion may have cost us a swim session but you have lost a £400 gym membership.nnWell done whatever heartless manager erl employ.
Great leisure centre. We went for clip and climb first thing, coffee and cake whilst the kids went climbing. Then went straight into swimming, plenty of lockers and changing rooms and the family pool and slides kept everyone entertained. Can’t promise it every time but saw dolphins out In the sea, but even without a great place to grab a few activities and some snacks overlooking the sea.
Ignorant non swimmers hanging onto the side of pool treating it as a social group rather than what its designed for. Ive been coming twice weekly for the last month and this hindrance effecting people genuinly using it has driven me to absolute distraction. They obviously dont pay full whack for the activity or else theyd use it appropriately.nGreat overall facility and we support groups that the kids use such as table tennis but I won't be returning swimming which was a fital part of my weekly exercise.
