My 10 year old was shouting look daddy Hmv it’s open ! It’s a part of our history & I love it keeps me young happy memories! They have lots to choose from , amazing gifts ! Staff are very helpful customer service is amazing ! Long live HMV love it when they have bands there ! Plenty of space to walk round upstairs & down stairs !
Nipped in hoping to get Avatar catching up for Avatar 2 and they had it brand new after all these years which was perfect. Staff were helpful and great customer service skills plus the prices are decent so will start going back to see what other treasures they have got.
Was served today by a super helpful member of staff. Professional and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me with an item which was no longer in store but was available on line. Many thanks and definitely worthy of more than 5 stars....highly recommended .
This is my nearest record store by about 8 miles, and it is great that HMV have kept the faith in this store. The staff are always really helpful and there's a good selection in store, and I can always order online to collect if only to spend an hour browsing through the records.
Well stocked realy helpfull staff who pointed me in the direction of the Pokemon merchandise good selection ie various mugs, DVDs teddy's, card sets

good stuff, diverse. but. it has become incredibly overpriced recently. i understand making a profit, but charging £25 and over for an album is ridiculous and selfish.
Unimpressed with the prices as usual. I don't understand why the charge is so high for a lot of the things sold as it is much cheaper in various different shops. The staff were friendly and the options were good I like the iniative on custom bundles like the pack of various objects in a box but we need more of those as it's fair pricey and less of £10 for a single movie that came out 5 years ago
Have a lot of excellent products with different sales every month so you can grab a bargain and willing helpful staff that can help find what you are looking for
Always enjoy seeing what's new zbd listening to the staff choice of music.
