We ordered 60sqm of tiles for direct delivery. We unfortunately needed to reduce the order to 35sqm, they rang through to check our order hadn’t been picked and gave us a refund with no issues. Good customer service.
Went in for wallpaper, very expensive but good quality and we got money knocked off the price too.
Better than the other Al Murad tiles in Sheffield and Rotherham. More choice.
Picked some tiles up for my partners mum. Didnt no this place was there but if you are tiling then this is the place. Plenty of stock to choose from. Staff were very polite and helped my load the tiles into my van.
An excellent selection of quality tiles. The staff are very helpful and deliveries are quick.
Brilliant shop, bloke is great, always helps me put heavy stuff in my car and always chatty. Everything you couke need including a brilliant section of paint and wallpaper
Items fine, if a bit overpriced. Service is non-existent. Rude when had to return an item. I would avoid. You can see why little shops die out with owners and staff like this.
WARNING TO EVERYONE STAY CLEAR ! Used this company to by tiles for my bathroom and found it very expensive compared to every other place but we used these because it was convenient, the staff were arrogant and very rude, but we were desperate for a particular type of tiles so we put up with it, in the end they messed up our order and selled us too many, when we took the remainder of the tiles left from the job back to the shop and explained we was again dealt with by rude and arrogant behaviour we was told in the end we could have our money back or even swap them for another item bearing in mind the tiles hadn't been opened, because we was a couple of days past the date in which you could return them, we explained the situation as the tiler we used came down with covid-19 so our job was delayed but again they basically told us to leave the shop again very rude staff here never known a place like it, trust me anybody who is thinking about using this shop think again and go somwhere with better customer service and a good value for money experience. I will never use this shop again and I will tell everybody I know in and out of the trade the same thing.
Great selection of tiles with friendly staff. Mohammed was particularly helpful with us in moving the tiles to the car and getting us a discount on the tiles we had chosen. Thanks again.
Brilliant store its massive. Got everything you can think of. The staff are great. One of the staff members must have walked miles with me showing all their products . We bought loads from tiles paints and some lovely wall paper for my daughters room. Cant think of anything they dont have. Many Thanks
