Fantastic service by the brilliant staff in this store. My partner and I went to do our first shop for our new dog. Sue, Lindsey and the young girl with pink hair sorry, I didnt catch your name gave us great advice on which food we should buy and showed me the VIP app which included many vouchers to help us with the first shop. I look forward to going back with my new dog and know that I will be met by a friendly face and great product knowledge. Thanks to all the staff.
I visited the store on 22nd April 2020, and would like to acknowledge the lady that served me and the advice she gave. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but her shift finished at 11am. This lovely lady took the time to advise me on things to help with my teething puppy, and find the best bargains with my VIP vouchers. She obviously enjoys her job and this shows in the customer care I received. Thank you to the lovely blonde lady from me and Dex, he loves the Yackers!
My first visit was a really good experience with very friendly and helpful staff who were able to recommend on which products I needed, very knowledgeable! The store was very well stocked, clean and presentable. Good Covid measures in place too. Well done!
Got everything we wanted... Some cute dog coats to keep them snug and warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Social distancing measures in place with people being very sensible.
Went to pick up a large bag of cat litter with my little one. We looked at the fish and then took the bag to pay. The cashier offered to carry it to the car, as it was heavy and we had to walk across the car park with my pre-schooler. Thank you very much. Always friendly staff, thanks for your help
Been going to pets at home now for a few year at stairfoot branch , the staff are always very friendly and helpful and good at offering advice and will go out of their way to help, one man in particular always speaks on the way into store and very friendly should really have took his name as he is a credit to the store .
Excellent service from everyone there. Happy to help, and also, their own brands of pet food can be returned if your pet doesn't like it.
Went for a new fish tank and got a load of great advise and support from one of the women there who ironically had the same fish tank. Couldn't have been more helpful
I give it 5* for the Brilliant staff that work there as they very helpful and kind theres a variety of products for your pet weather it be cat, dog, rabbit, hamster ect.
I used the grooming room for the 1st time yesterday what lovely welcoming staff I recommend them to anyone I wish I could post a before and after photo of my dog he looks amazing
