Fantastic staff, after reading various forums decided my car needed a new battery, after talking to a member of staff I was advised not to buy one and get a second opinion. Where else do you get service like that!!!!
Cheaper than anywhere, only complaint would be that I had to wait ages and ages. Need more staff especially if it's just to pick up something you've ordered and paid for online
Used euro car parts a couple of times. Last year I ordered a battery online and they delivered it to me within a few hours. Ordered some things the other night and they were ready to collect to following morning. Can't fault the service
Picked up some brake disks but when I got them home I found they had been used and all rusty asked for a discount on the replacement but weren't interested and no apology.
Ordered wiper online at a reasonable price and it was in stock to collect. Got to store and there was one person serving at the counter. It took 15 minutes to get served. I appreciate they are competitive in pricing and generally have stock available but feel they should have more counter staff available particularly on a Saturday.
You can sometimes get something cheaper elsewhere but definitely not faster
Did click and collect, cue was to the door, slow service but was busy so can understand
After posting a review about a wrong part, this has now been rectified and the proper part has been delivered within 30mins of my call. Superb service even if it is to rectify someone elses mistake
