Can't fault. Quality products. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. No pressure sales. Fitters are amazing.
Although a carpet store, it had a surprisingly limited variety of laminate flooring. More or equal space dedicated to beds as laminates and no vinyl click flooring. Great selection of carpets but not what we're looking for.
Nothing in stock, tried to get two carpets for two bedrooms nothing in stock off roll cuts only, and even tried to order two double beds at the same time with no joy, staff had no clue what stock they had or didn't have, saying most things were discontinued but still on display, why not sell them and replace them with stock they could get or even have in stock. I was in there for almost an hour walked out with nothing. Sorry Wilson's but never again.
I would like to say a very big thank you to Wilsons for my carpets. Over the last 3 months, i have had my whole house re carpeted, and kitchen flooring. When i came to the shop, you were helpfull, friendly and the prices and choices were very good. Most of all the guys that have been to the house to fit everything are brilliant, so quick, helpfull and nothings too much trouble for them. So if you want to re carpet your home, this is the company to use. I would highly recommend them. My home is now finished and it looks lovely, so once again a BIG thank you to you all Yvonne
8 weeks 2 days and still waiting for my beds to arrive, still waiting for a manager to call me back despite numerous requests and promises from advisors that my complaint has been escalated.Must be Wilson’s customer policy to lie to customers and tell there staff to fob customers off. James if you read this rather then type a reply why not pick up the phone ! It’s good to talk ! Anybody who may be doubting what I am is true please note that I have all the emails sent / received and the service that I have received has been truly shocking. James like I said it’s good to talk so pick up the phone !
I had a very pleasant experience when recently visiting Barnsley Wilsons shop, the gentlemen who served me, Jim, was very helpful and professional, providing great advise on both laminate & vinyl. I had the laminate floor fitted in the lounge and hallway & I am very pleased with quality of work & finish. Mick, who did the fitting has done a great job with attention to the detail as well as care in regards to the surroundings. Job well done, great service from start to finish, competitive prices - the staff is prepared to go that extra mile to keep the customer happy - can't thank you enough Jim and Mick - you were wonderful! Would definitely recommend the shop & their accommodating staff.
Great store to buy carpets from at Stairfoot. Staff were very helpful and polite. They came out to my home to measure up and let me take samples home which helped me to select the colours I need in carpets. Also the carpets were laid by two expert fitters. A good experience all round .
Great prices for carpets. Harvey who was there was pleasant, and left us to have a walk round and to decide on what we wanted. Now just waiting for him to come and measure up.
Just had laminate fitted to front room. Service from Wilson's was 1st Rate from start to finish. Mark, who fitted the laminate, did a fantastic job and worked not stop to get it finished for us. Would highly recommend.
Abysmal customer service,would never purchase anything from them again.
