The bikes are amazing there but earlier my friends bike got stole from out side of the shop an they said they had no cctv but there is a camera pointing toward's where the bike were stolen from an i reckon they were too lazy to check but there are some nice bikes an i recommend to go there if you want a bike or bike parts

Appalling service, disgusting and contumelious & disparaging attitude, engages in unscrupulous practises, could not tell me legislation under sales of goods act and manager quoting different legislation in stark contrast, by stating "consumer rights 2015".... one could only assume you become the consumer after making the purchase. That one, simply does not comprehend. Always remember that legislation overrides policies! And don't you ever forget that. Hopefully Halfords gives you some training and specifically in the area of customer service, where one ought to or should, consider it to be of paramount importance. We will take our business elsewhere after being loyal customers at your store for over 25+ years of business and service.

Till staff wasn't helpful or able to add up to get best from a 3 for 2 deal
