The Range, Barnsley

Brill, Easy parking and plenty of stuff to interest everyone, Mum, Dad and the kids, even the dog and cat not forgetting the fish :-) Not much they don't sell and most stuff at good prices. I always get my exchange Soada Stream gas from here ... try it and you'll do the same ;-) The staff are normally quiet busy but I've found they are always ready to take you to the spot for the item you're looking for and very helpful. If we had more places like the range, On line shopping would not be taking over so much. The Range is located on a business park. Lots of easy parking right near the door surrounded by other chain stores. Easy access from Wakefield Road with no need to pass through the one way system in the town centre.

Lots of items for the home and garden, we were looking for a specific sort of large mirror, and finally after traipsing round Doncaster and Leeds Range Stores, we found it.. Really good store, but not the friendliest or most knowledgeable staff, but possibly that was due to recruitment of Christmas Staff.. Won't put us off going back though.. Really good mirror and we are really glad that we persevered with travelling round South and West Yorkshire to get it.. Well Done, Range @ Barnsley..!!

I came in store on Monday 5th February for some lights for my garden which were on offer but had none left. I spoke to an assistant called Steve he was very very helpful and said when you got some in he would save me 2 boxes and phone when they came in . True to his word I got a call on Friday when they came in and saved me 2 boxes. I came in today Saturday and they were there for me. I carnt praise the staff enough so very helpful and polite. This store offers items for most it caters to different colour schemes and has items that suit this on the aisles . They cater well for the seasons holidays making sure they are up with current competition
