An enjoyable meal here. The staff are lovely and take allergies seriously. Gluten free items are listed on the menu but worth an ask as they can make a lot more things gluten free too. The cocktails from here were lovely too. We will definitely be returning!
Me and my friends went here for my mate's birthday it was just to get some food and the food was really nice quality, tasted really fancy but it was a bit on the pricy side - I mean, £3.50 for this tiny little bowl of about 10 chips? not really worth it. But it was still good nevertheless. The service was a bit slow too but I don't really mind about that sort of thing. If I have a bit money next time I will be returning.
Booked for 7:30pm on NYE after a short wait to be seated in a very busy restaurant I was worried that the service might be affected however it wasn't. We were not only served our delicious food quickly all the staff had a friendly smile and didn't seem at all phased by it. This was our first visit but definitely not the last and after moving to the area recently I'm thrilled it's in walking distance come the better weather. Penne Al Pollo was to die for. Highly recommended
Really nice restaurant. Great menu. Food came hot, and tasted lovely. The staff are polite and attentive. The restaurant is modern, clean, spacious and stylish. The dessert menu was a nice change from the usual options you see. And all in all the price was really reasonable.
Polite staff, quick service and food was lovely. I would definitely come here again.Food: 5/5
Excellent food- even better service. Our fave. Parking: Lots of parking available.
We were a large party, pre booked and paid deposit mainly in cash. Requested a preference of seating away from the doors, but restaurant manager said not informed therefore we were seated by the door. Very off-hand response Food, Sunday lunch mainly swimming in gravy, chicken fillets like rubber lumps, mash lumpy and dry even when soaking in gravy. Some meals ok but poor quality of a majority. One party members meal missed and therefore was served well after everyone else the manager was heard to almost scream at the kitchen staff, not good. There were a few good points but not good value. Perhaps some training is required. Very disappointed. Kid-friendliness: Children happy with coloring book. Parking: Dietary restrictions: Web site stated gluten free Yorkshire pudding but staff, namely the restaurant manager said no, never been available. We even showed her the website and she said the person who designed it made a mistake. !!! Very challenging person. Perhaps check the website.
Food and service were excellent. Only minor problem was that we visited on a Saturday evening, it was very busy, lots of noise from various parties and the music was loud. Plus we were sat right next to the toilets. Having said that, we still enjoyed it and will definitely be back- but not on a Saturday evening and we'll ask for a table away from the toilets. Parking: Shared with other establishments, can be busy.
Brilliant service, I was greeted kindly at the door. My order taker Sedona was amazing, providing me with exciting options for cocktails. I also need to add that the london one brought my drinks with elegance.
First ever visit and with my wife being Ceoliac and requiring Gluten Free there was plenty to choose from. The server was very knowledgeable about this and offered great help. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Absolutely be back and highly recommend Al Forno if your like my wife Coeliac 5
