Great service around the shop.I came here multiple times and I haven’t got anything missing.This place is the best out of all of Teeside.Great pepperoni pizza.

We ordered from here for about 2 years, tonight they send something they could not eat never mind us. Rang the shop asked for the money back and they said they just about to shut, they refused to give me my money back, delivery charge 3 pounds for 2 miles? This place should be shut You can have the burned kebab and I want my £18 back. Shame on you for ripping people with that .

Wide variety with fresh Halal food!! Tandoori pizza was good!! Unfortunately ordered doner pizza but what I found was a different one !!  Service is definitely below average likely because there are npt many competing halal options in InglebyBarwick

Ordered multiple times from them, bith delivery and takeaway. Really love their deals and chicken parmo is insanely nice. Great staff also.

Ordered via ubereats, however when the food arrived we were missing one of the pizzas, quick call to the shop and they agreed to send it out via one of their drivers. The missing pizza was with us in 10 minutes and everything was still hot and tasty. We ordered a mix of kebabs, pizzas and kids meals and it was all throughly enjoyed by all.

I've just been in tonight and got a 12 inch meat feast, and I've never tasted such a awful pizza, it was like eating rubber, so much for a meat feast it only had 2 meats on it and Donna meat thrown on top, if I cold of given then no stars I would of, I had 1 slice and throw the rest in the bin

Will never eat here again. They don't deliver to my area so phone ordered and drove15mins to collect. Told them my order when I arrived was told everything was there and correct, got home missing drinks off the order and half my food was wrong and the other half under cooked. Can't get through on the phone to complain. So I've spent £30 and still having to cook tea.

Asked for 1 large garlic and 1 large chilli on the phone. The girl started telling me i didnt and i ordered 2 garlic. Told me the driver would take 30 minutes. Said i would wait till they can re-do my order. Was told best they could do was 15% off my next order no other option. Not happy to be made out like i was wrong!!!!! The girl on the phone didnt know what a PJ Donna Special was  no wonder my order was wrong. Bad customer service and blasé attitude  UPDATE :  Delivery driver came 20 minutes later and dropped off the chilli sauce and a can of pepsi, said he would speak to the girl who answered the phone about her attitude. For there sake i hope so seems to be a lot of comments about bad customer service which is a shame when the food is good
