One of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Atrocious, patronising and ill-informed customer care is what you receive should you have any issues with their products. 

I purchased one of their soldering stations, which even has Aimtools branding on the product & it's documents. However, they were unable to provide *any* technical assistance or advice, even though in their own printed manual that came with their product it says they are the ones to communicate to. I am pretty sure this goes against the law here in the EU.

Their answer after my soldering station broke after only 3 uses and they couldn't provide any technical assistance? 'Buy another, we'll give 10% off.' 

Anyway - steer clear of this poorly run business if at all possible.

Their website states "Please note, free shipping to UK mainland only.
High lands and northern Ireland please contact us for quotation"

This is incorrect:  they charge for delivery.

Despite advising the company, there has been no response.  If this is inaccurate, what else is?

Great service, Very helpful, when I submitted a wrong order I got a quick response and fast refund. I also needed the pump I then ordered very quickly which they managed perfectly. The pump itself is of very good quality and still working perfectly after the first couple of months use.

Bought a soldering iron from them via Amazon. Always stored and handled carefully in a dry workshop.Used a handful of times and stopped working @ 7months old. Told that it was outside of replacement period. What ever happened to a 12 month  warranty. Useless customer service would never buy again from this company.

Avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely shocking customer service. Been waiting nearly a month for them to refund a damaged air compressor.
They also had the cheek to ask me if I could source a spare part for the damaged compressor instead of offering me a new one. 
They won't answer the phone and take over 24 hours to respond to each email!
