I have visited the centre on a few occasions and if only the reception staff everywhere were as bright, bubbly and friendly as the lady yesterday. I am really quite surprised by so many negative reviews as I most certainly haven't witnessed anything to warrant these. The only thing I have picked up on is that the toilets are locked due to 'anti social behaviour' so you have to ask for a key to use the toilet. Overall a very good experience

Not surprised it has such low reviews, poorly laid out and very rude staff.
