Excellent service comfortable and welcoming staff and surroundings. Went to a lot of trouble to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted and that it suited our specific requirements. Gave us a good part exchange deal. We are very happy with the BMW we purchased. We know the after sales service is first class from previous experience. Received excellent customer service from Richard Kendall in getting my approved nearly used BMW through Sytner. Richard was prompt in responding to my queries from day one and kept the momentum until the end and beyond the agreement as well. He sent a video soon after my initial inquiry and followed up for all good reasons and was patient in answering all of my queries. On my visit to this dealership, I was pleased and amazed to see the car was all prepared and ready for a test drive. During the test drive, Richard was patient enough to answer my queries and help me understand some functions of the car. Hence finally, I was happy enough with both the service I received through Richard and the team and the deal hence purchased the car through Sytner BMW. Thank you very much!
Very happy with the experience I had purchasing my new car approved used . Car was brought in for us to view , no pressure from the sales man , car was immaculate. Took for test drive , again no pressure . Done a deal & picked up a week later. The salesman , Richard K , was great & we will probably go through him & Sytner BMW when I change my car again . I have been using them for the last 3 years to service my 218 Grand Tourer. Despite spending over £2000 for less than a year for the last year,took the car to get software update fix the issue that they were coming on display,than they advise me to get the full service done due to less than 600 miles left,so i said yes do it ,i want my car in perfect condition.Its supposed to stay over till end if the day,then over the night then almost 4 days.No courtesy car offered,4 days without car its a big problem these days.Went to collect the,went in and try open the glove box to put the invoice but no luck,it’s broken!!!It was perfectly fine until i left car there!Then another warning light on display.I said whats going on the war was here 4 days to get properly serviced and broken lock for the glove box warning light!!!They come with offer to fix these issues for another £1370.Sorry but won’t use them anymore as felt that the everything its not like BMW standards.Back home very unhappy after spending almost £800 but without finishing the problems,and creating another one,no more BMW service!!!
Paul Kendall from Sales and Jo Baker in Financial made the whole process extremely simple. They really went out of their way to find us a car at the right price. It’s rare,these days, to find this kind of service. Everything was like clockwork and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW to check these guys out. We have bought our car recently from Sytner and we were a returning customer for this company. The sales executive Rupert Hartley is wonderful to say the least. He was helpful, very profession, regularly he used to keep us updated until the car was delivered and always there to answer any of our questions. We will go back again for our future purchase.
I called BMW and they put me through to Luca, after a discussion he sent me a couple of cars that met my specification. I booked an appointment with him went there with my family, same day he let me test drive 2 different cars I was interested in took them right off the shop floor and made out decision easier. From paid a deposit the same day after going through a couple of options and James also helped both of them worked well together and ensured we had a good experience. Would definitely go back more premium service than other places I went to, no fuss and straight facts which we liked.
Great service from start to finish. I recently purchased a used 5 series from Sytner High Wycombe and Tim Bush was very easy to deal with. Very communicative and proactive in finding a way to make the sale work for both him and me. The car is lovely, the price was competitive and the service was faultless. Coffee wasn't bad either!
Had a car accident and Sytner BMW high Wycombe were amazing. Very helpful and returned my car to me looking perfect. Body shop were all very professional, especially Carl Richardson and his assistant Greg, a pleasure to deal with so thank you very much.
Excellent service - Simone provided first class service and involved Luke the senior technician. Parts were ordered, warranties approved in good time and car ready the next day. Luke also took time to fix number plate caps. Overall stellar service not matched by any other manufacturer.
