Gym is kept clean and tidy at a very good standard, staff are always willing to help you out if there is a problem or even a question you need more information on. Refuel cafe is also based in DW Oldham which the food from there is incredible so you can train and get your tea straight after. Zac one of the managers is always helpful and willing to go the extra for members here.

Atrocious!! Getting one star as couldn’t give less. Old. Dated. Dirty. Scruffy old changing rooms, my gran cancelled as didn’t feel safe, shower fittings shaking violently when water running - health and safety hazard!! Don’t care about members. Management speak to staff in absolutely appalling ways even infront of gym members -actually surprised they have any staff left!!!! Pool area STINKS of chlorine which is sign of bad hygiene and a dirty pool, aggressive violent members towards other members and staff don’t care. Gran left as not fit for health and had a nightmare cancelling her account even when she was out of contract!!! Manager with blond hair very rude towards her it surprises me she is nominated club manager after the way she spoke to my gran and the way she looked her up and down, she will be complaining but that probably won’t be dealt with either. Disgusting attitude my dog is better spoken to. Wouldn’t touch the place with a barge pole.

Been coming Dw for a few months now and ive lost 4 stone in weight with the help from staff they really go the extra mile.
