Training times.
Mondays:- 7.00 till 8.00 Fitness session.
8.00 till 9.00 Mixed Martial Arts.
Tuesdays:- Private lessons or club hire.
Wednesdays:- 7.00 till 8.00 Grappling.
8.00 till 9.00 Jeet Kune Do.
Thursdays:- 7.00 till 8.00 Beginners fundamentals and drilling.
Fridays:- Private lessons or club hire.
Saturdays:- 4.00 till 5.00 Open mat. Spar, drill, fitness, bring a partner and do your own training, no matter what other club you train at or what style you practise.
Sundays:- Private lessons or club hire.
All lessons are £5.
Private lessons £20 per hour. 1 to 1 or up to a maximum of 4 persons (ex. 2 people paying £10 per hour, 4 people paying £5 per hour.)
Club hire £10 per hour, electricity and heating included.
