My booking got cancelled within 1 hour of the appointment in which they said they will refund me fully. This was LAST WEEK. I have rang every single day yet there is no answer and I still have not received my refund. They are the ultimate scam! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They deserve to be closed down.
Have visited this salon 4 times in recent months. Staff are friendly and attentive. The haircuts I have had have been fantastic thanks to Natalie, she is a very talented senior stylist.
