The owner is very helpful he will always make sure I am up to date with my order and if his men are running late. Got to say he make sure staff clean up after there job and take all packing with them. I highly recommend everything I have brought of him and if I not happy with something he always sorts it right away. I will always tell my friends about this shop as my friends know I am fussy where I buy from.

I would1 never buy from the furniture part of this shop again they did not send the overhead bed units we required, wrong ones was sent with no connection brackets they refused to take them back and refund our money and I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standards
Ordered thick grey carpet with underlay from this store. The service was impeccable. The fitters came early, were extremely polite and hardworking. They removed the old carpets to two sets of stairs, two landings and four rooms. I had already dismantled the furniture and was expecting them to call me upstairs to move them however I was pleasantly surprised to realise they did this to not trouble me. They then removed the doors carefully placing underlay above them to ensure no scratches were left on the walls. After that, the carpets were installed and old one taken away. The only issue we faced was that a carpenter was not available on the day however the owner of Adams Carpets instructed one immediately the next day who shaved the doors and installed them within an hour. We've had the carpets for a week now and cannot be happier. Great work for a price I couldn't find anywhere else coupled with excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store for all your carpet needs.
Really good service Adams was really helpful and made sure my goods came on time. Everything was high quality and i would highly recommend this shop. Its really good to know you can trust the service. Staff that came all had faces masks on and used hand gel. Even when i went to shop hand wash was there for us to use and staff had masks on. Really happy with the service i got and all new furniture was to a high standard. Thank you again.
Brilliant service. We have had carpet from here before and the service was brilliant so we returned and received brilliant service once again. They went out of their way to help. The flooring we had is great quality and great prices. We will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you Adams.
I needed a small piece of vinyl flooring for my bathroom and they had no problem in accommodating me, I had tried other places but they insisted I would have to by 12ft or 15ft wide when I only needed 4ft 6inches by 5ft 6inches - not a problem here!! Happily cut me the size I needed! Excellent service - so good in fact, I bought a length of carpet to use as a runner! And they carried everything my car! Highly reccomend and I will be using again!
Phoned on the morning of one day gave measurements over the phone had a quote straight away over the phone, was given an appointment there and then for the following day. The day after a phone call to confirm in the morning. Turned up on time. Two men both polite one by the name of Bilal, I forget the other man's name and clean, both wearing masks. While here they didn't damage anything and were very respectful. To lay two carpets with underlay they where here for less than 2 hours . Made next to no mess and the finish of each carpet was to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adams to literally anyone I know .
