Fab experience. Got a bed and mattress free entertainment for the kids too while they bounced on the beds an helped us choose the right bed bedding an pillows to go with it all. Was fab from entering we were offered a drink as we arrived to then be advised what mattress we needed. All in all very positive experience. All something read and understand signs.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who didn't try to push the most expensive products onto us. They have great discounted items in here, as well as top of the range products, so there is a bit of something for everyone here which is refreshing to see. I definitely recommend and will go back.
Popped in and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. The store is large with a lot of stock on display. There are sales on throughout different times of the year though so will wait a bit before purchasing. Overall a great store only minor negative is parts of the store getting a bit tired and lots of steps to go to upper level but aside from those I would recommend it.
The branch manager Abs at this store was very friendly, he delivered a high level of product knowledge and showed us what we needed for our purchase, he wasn’t pushy for the sale but instead he directed us in the right way. He instantly knew what we was looking for and left us to decide for ourselves. I appreciate his help and would recommend anyone looking to buy a bed to come here and speak to Abs, as he’s not there for you’re money but to help you choose the right bed for the best value of money.
Went to buy a mattress today and, after trying the test mattress first, we tried another 7 mattresses, all under covid19 regulations, and settled on one which we bought. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The coffee was nice as well...! Heather was the sales assistant who showed us around the different mattresses and all in all, the customer service was excellent. Looking forward to some decent sleep soon...
We dealt with a lovely salesman, Matt. He was very knowledgeable of the mattresses we were looking at, and nothing was too much trouble.
Hand sanitiser & face masks are available at the front of the store. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff, offering us a hot drink or bottled water as we entered the store. We weren't hassled at all, but the knowledgeable staff were available, answering questions. We purchased a bed, mattress & optional extras. Friendly & relaxed atmosphere made the visit enjoyable.
The quality of the beds is only outshone by the friendliness of the staff. Kelly, who helped me, gave me one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. However while the price is better than most other bed stores, I was able to find considerably cheaper prices for beds online.
Absolutely fantastic, I had a manafacturing issue with a bed bought online, the people at their call center recommend a replacement bed I decided to visit this store to try it out before finalizing the replacement. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient at their job. I only wanted to try a couple of beds and wasn't going to spend any money that day as it was a replacement, but this didn't stop the team and in particular "Abs" from taking their time to find me the correct bed. It was a good job as the one recommend from the call center was far too soft for me. I shall be using this store for all my future matress needs. Thank you Abs and team!
