Came into the store.They said they can fit the wardrobe they lied. The wardrobe got delayed for months and then came damaged. They offered partial refund or replace the panel. they will speak to their manage on hw much to refund as it can take 3 mnths to replace. said they will call me 2morrow. They didnt. Called 2day, they said they cant help as its past 5days
If it were possible 2 score lower I would have, deplorable service. Monies paid in full for a wardrobe that should be fitted sept 1st. Cant get through to them on the phone its 2.35 pm & nothing, wasted my day. A further review will follow.
Went into the store to buy a sofa bed, we were able to view the one we had seen online and the gentleman there took our order quickly and efficiently. I was kept updated by text and phone calls throughout the whole process and the product arrived in less than 2 weeks. Altogether a very good service.
Ordered a small double..didn't arrive on time..not delivered to warehouse from manufacturers..but headboard arrived. Reordered..told 4 days early it was not being delivered on time as half the bed base was broken..the other half wasn't delivered to warehouse. Customer services as a waste of time as they can offer no help. 3rd reorder..store manager stated he was 'sceptical ' that the order would be delivered on time. Spoke to store manager who accused me of stalking him when I was just asking questions..do not buy from Benson's.. full stop. They will keep reordering but will do nothing about the incompetence of who accepted a warehouse delivery, that was half broken and half missing, without asking why it was acceptable!! Plenty more to say but it would take too long Have 1 star as there was no option of 0 stars !!!
Customer service is a joke and everything about it is a joke, they have no clue what there doing and quite frankly should all be let go. I've never dealt with such a poor team in all my life and I hope no-one else has the displeasure of dealing with them. But I'm sure they will because you guys couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Is there was a score lower than 1 it would be that!!!!
Only went in for a look for a future purchase. Emma looked after us beautifully from start to finish. No pressure sales. Will definitely return to get what we settled on soon.
Service brilliant 5 star when choosing mattress but quality of mattress when it arrived not as good as it appeared in the store. Expected more for the money. Previous mattress lasted 15 years, expect to get 12 months from this one, if that! Disappointed.
Warning! A five year guarantee from manufacturer means nothing when there’s a fault and you have to contact Bensons customer services. They can stick their t&c’s where the sun doesn’t shine and I purchased new mattress elsewhere.
The bed was delivered and dumped on the doorstep between the porch and hall,the frame of the bed was broken both sides of the drawers and had to get back in touch with bensons and am now waiting for a new delivery date we are not very happy with what we have gone through.
Great taking the money off you and the delivery chaps were great but when you told the chap your take your old mattress away and when they come they say no sorry and you call the shop to be told you needed to pay another 35.00 after spending nearly 600 pound on a bed and we was told when we brought it they would take it away not happy got to send more money to get rid of it and could have brought the bed and mattress The same but other company takes the mattress away fed up now and just to be told you did not pay for remove and basically not our problem
