This company went above and beyond for me. I am very pleased with their plush velvet sofas they are fantastic and so is the price. It's people like these who are a asset to the UK, working all the hours of the day and producing affordable beautiful furniture. I am very pleased with my sofas they are absolutely gorgeous.
Terrible company. I bought a sofa on Facebook marketplace. I didn't know the company, it was just a woman. It was £299, the woman said £320 with delivery. It was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 7pm. It didn't arrive. At 11pm a very tall man came to my door. He had half the sofa in his hand and barged in, then brought in the other half and demanded £340. I paid by bank transfer which is the only reason I know the company name. I am a woman living alone, he was intimidating, wouldn't leave. He told me he was from Birmingham and asked me to go for a drink with him repeatedly, even though I told him that I have a girlfriend. After he left I could finally look at the sofa. It was tiny, not jumbo as described. Badly made, broken zips etc. I tried to contact the lady from whom I bought it to request a return and refund, she ignored me and blocked me!
Only cpl photos there is more including broken bits! Terrible company payed £500 for this broke and ripped sofa! No reply back,no refund no nothing! Terrible company and need reporting to trading standard disgusting!
This is a meme going around... and I found it! Three stars for sheer humor... has noone noticed every word is in possessive form also? Sofa's, chair's, etc... How long were they in buisness?
Dreadfull. Sofa i ordered was not what i orderd....dreadfull quality ..and calling me mate on messages .iv put it to sell. They shud be reported
Absolutely awful company. Sofa cushions ripped within 7days contacts them 7 weeks ago and was informed someone would replace the cushion still awaiting and ignored phone calls and messages too. Before I bought the sofa they promised me 12 month replacement warranty. Still waiting for them to message me back
This company is sharing my number as the number of their manager. I have received two calls in the last two months from people who have received the wrong sofas. I would kindly ask my number is not shared any more as I am being harassed by understandably upset people who want their money back
James the driver was very helpful. Ordered a Dino 3 2 and extra scatters. Material is soft and the seats are deep filled. Will use again when my garage is converted for a U shape.
Well delivered swivel chair and corner sofa,then the delivery drivers wanted money to bring our swivel chair in the house because it was difficult to get in!! Then removed the packaging from the chair,and they had delivered the wrong swivel chair and refused to take it back,so messaged the company on Facebook got blocked and now refusing to answer our emails, so we can kiss goodbye to our money... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I payed £500 pound for this and when I opened it up and it wasn't being put together propely and l phoned the and emailed them the last week and half and get invalided number bausly got robbed again as l was aslo scammed in same week by the company it stated 30 days to sorve any issued so gather they want do nothing
