Abrahams was the last jewellers we went into after a long day looking for an eternity ring. And I am so happy we did. The service was brilliant and Junu was so helpful and gave some excellent advice and suggestions. We didn’t feel pressurised at all, and after a week of considering, I went back to order my eternity ring . Abrahams gave me a very good price for such a high quality piece of jewellery . It took a while to be made in their workshop , but I am super happy with my beautiful ring. I highly recommend Abrahams , the experience was calm and informative with wonderful service. Thank you !
Abrahams is great shop, their staff are very friendly and helpful. We purchased 3 rings from them, for our wedding. We had been searching for a very long time - they had just what we wanted. They have cleaned our rings free of charge ever since. I fell over and dadly damaged my wedding ring, this was not cosmetic damage, Abrahams repared it free of charge. I have no hesitation recommending them to my friends, family and relatives or to anyone else.
I came here after a recommendation whilst looking at engagement rings. The service here was amazing. They were willing to go the extra mile, incorporating the customer need and making a new design from scratch. The after care is great too in terms of polishing and they don't just forgot about you after they have made the sale. They are also very knowledgable in what they offer and I always recommend any one looking for a ring to start off here.
Excellent place to get rings and jewellery. Hatton Garden has a large number of ring shops but Abrahams was recommended to us and the service and quality has been incredible throughout. From engagement to wedding. We are very happy with our rings and bands. Future care provided with expert and friendly service.
I had found an engagement ring but unfortunately the jewellers it was in did not have it in the size that my now fiancé required and once you have found the perfect ring you don't want to settle for second best. Abrahams was recommended to me and their service was immaculate, I was served by Junu via emails as I live in Sunderland but the jewellers is based in London. They were able to design a ring in the same style and improve upon the one I wanted and were very patient with me as I kept asking for little alterations to the CAD images. The process was so clear and stress free and my fiancé was absolutely delighted with the ring. Couldn't recommend the place more. Thank you very much.
I was looking to update my wife's existing ring and had a very specific idea as to what I wanted. Sumeer was so helpful and created exactly what I was looking for. She absolutely loves her new ring! Really friendly and efficient service at a great price, would definitely recommend.
I first visited Abrahams, with my brother in law, after window shopping for an engagement ring in Hatton Garden for my partner. Window after window we saw the same generic designs until we reached the end of the road, at which point a handful of rings jumped out at us as very unique and beautiful. We decided to pop in and view a few rings that had caught our eye, and although I had never intended to buy that day, I fell in love with a beautiful ring that was different to any of the thousands of others that I have seen. One of the prerequisites of my ring shopping trip, was that I wanted a GIA certified diamond, which unfortunately, this ring did not carry. This is where the benefit of a man like Sumeer, the owner, comes into play. I had the same ring created but with a GIA stone, and matching side stones & baguettes. I put a deposit down that day and three weeks later had the ring ready to propose. From start to finish, Sumeer has given us a brilliant experience and we will be using his services for our wedding bands, for which he also has a fantastic selection. There are few family run businesses left in the world, and far less that will provide such a high quality service combined with reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate and have not, to recommend to my friends and family and I can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Sumeer, and the Abrahams' family!
We worked with Sameer to have our engagement and wedding rings made. We were looking for something specific and they were able to help create that. The service is great, they do take the time to listen to what you want and there is no pressure to buy. The after care is super and no ask is too big. Sameer has helped source wedding and engagement rings for me and my 3 sister's who all have very different styles and managed to tick the box everytime. Highly recommended!!
So refreshing to find a jeweller that actually pays attention to your needs like these guys. They did everything to make sure my experience and purchase was exactly how I needed. Their attention to detail was second to none. I cannot fault them or recommend them enough. They sourced the stone and designed and made the ring from complete scratch. Incredible. The biggest stress of proposing is the ring and they made it so stress free. Both me and my now Fiancee are over the moon. We cannot thank them enough.
Introduced to Abrahams by a friend for my engagement ring, they were amazing. Shilesh was the one that attended to me. I Went back for my wedding band 1.5yrs later, although Shilesh I was told has moved on to production, I was attended to by lovely ladies in the store. Overall they are brilliant, they deliver just as you desire!
