Been using fone a cab for years..was stranded in banbridge.rang fone a cab to be told they dont cover Banbridge.the 23 quid u got of me tonight for dropping me in banbridge is the last penny u will ever get of me .
Dishonest and greedy. £20 from Moira to Aghalee 4miles/8mins despite it saying £10.60 on the machine..."because that's the price". Pretty sure this is illegal. State of taxis in this country is deplorable EDIT: just a response to the owner's comment. First, the taxi was called on my behalf- i wasn't speaking to anyone. Secondly, the timing is wrong- we were finished up around 10pm and were waiting a considerable time for the taxi to show up when the original caller called you back to ask where the car was, you said the taxi had already been and gone which was not the truth as we had been waiting the entire time outside the restaurant in the rain. Lastly, the false allegation that I got aggressive- this is categorically not the truth. I actually had pleasant conversation with your driver and there was absolutely no aggression. This is a review for the business and the service that I judged to be highly unfair- I have absolutely no issue with your employees
Phoned a1 cabs, receptionist was polite and straight to the point,, said taxi will be there in a few minutes and exactly 3/4mins later, there it was, driver was polite and knew where he was going! Excellent service!
Bad experience. The lady said 10 minutes waiting but we waiting for 45 minutes. And when I call another day you don't answer me but my boy friend call they answer the lady is rubbish?
It was very bad experience with the taxi service. Taxi i booked was for 7:15and itbarrives at 7:30.and thecharge was too high as compared to other taxis. It was not so reasonable. Very disappointing and a bad experience
Disappointed. Used for business travel to airport. Driver said only cash. So I asked for receipt. He said can send to email. I paid cash give my email address but never got receipt. Send few massages but not responding.
Very greedy driver I had to walk to my destination because the driver started off the meter at £5 and was going up every second very greedy person
Absolutely disgusted. Called and was told I wasn't able to get taxis from them and when prompted to tell me why none of them could tell me, kept getting told "phone back in half an hour when the boss is in." Continued to call back only to be told that I clearly hadn't been talking to anyone in the office that day and that the boss wasn't even going to be in the building. Absolute joke of a company
Michael is the wrost taxi driver ever. My partner book a taxi today and explain to the receptionist, a newborn will be taken as baby need to go to the blossom hospital as soon as possible. I’m the mother, I’m still at the hospital. Meaning only my mum will be coming with the baby, he had absolutely no emphaty and started honk the car horn like crazy so my mum can come out the door. Then my mum ask for help to fit baby carrycot, he absolutely refuse and start shouting “is not his duty”, “ he doesn’t want to waste his time”, “he will go”, shouting in front of my newborn and mummy. My mum was under stress as she doesn’t speak English and she call me. I was able to hear all his shouting and bad manners. Finally when I say baby needs to go to hospital, don’t touch the baby, just let my mum jump and my mum will hold the carrycot . Then he finally decided to fit baby in the passenger side . It took him “ 2 mins to do that”. He could save himself all his bad manners, he is getting pay for it. My partner call the receptionist to complain, receptionist seems didn’t give the all information to the taxi driver and did not even care and just pass this issue like nothing. For the person who owns the business, keep an eye as vulnerable people can suffer the consequences and it can become into a bigger issue. Nevertheless to say, he is from abroad, a person from here will never treated you that way. Unfortunately foreign people could be the wrost nightmare with foreign people like us too. I been living in Northern Ireland 5 years a and I never ever experienced bad manners from a native taxi driver.
We was waiting 15 min longer than needed. and when it arrived driver was just left saying we ar to drunk what wasn't true. Lady have helth problems and cant stand for long,so just because I helped her to get up driver without even saying any word to us assumed she is drunk. Everyone was really tired.he left 3 young children with mum on street. Just wondering is this company never bring people with health issues? Or lifting up people after pub? Or maybe this was all because we was speaking between each other in different language? Noone have rights to judge people just by look or language what they speaking. I believe if there was a man from this country they would never do this... racism PS. You didn't even checked it as this situation wasn't any male and definitely not 5 people. Driver didn't even stop just drove pass and told rude comment....
