Awful the women on the phone took my booking and said someone could come at 4am yet when 4am arrived no one showed up phones not answered when someone did answer at 5am they claimed no drivers do the early lifts why take bookings if you ain't gonna show
Phoned late for a taxi and was told 30 mins....couldn't believe it ..30 mins later taxi arrived and the driver was a gentleman
Where great but lately they have went down hill big time
Lie after lie so we booked a taxi for 3AM to get to the airport for a 7am flight yet when it got to 3am no taxi showed we tried phoning to but no answer straight to voicemail had to go to a better taxi service will never use these ones again
Told us they'd lift us at 2:30 but called half an hour in advance and there was "no record of that". Stuck with no lift home, absolutely useless
Order 3 taxis from the city hotel at 11pm. Only one taxi came, wouldn’t answer the phone. Stood for a hour until we finally got another taxi.

Very bad taxi service I rang about 6 times at least and I am waiting in my house the past hour and a half . I rang for the 7th time and the woman hung the phone up on me very bad taxi service !!!!
