Not often would I leave reviews online for any company, but I felt as though this was more than necessary. On Sunday 11th Feb, I was on my way home from Dublin airport to Banbridge, and had ordered a taxi with a local taxi service from that town. My phone signal was really bad so I was unable to make outgoing calls, so I had to make the call through the wifi on the bus. I had booked the cab for 12:50am, and was assured the taxi would be there. I arrived a few minutes before the due time, and waited for at least 20 minutes with no taxi. Two people from Portugal arrived at the bus stop, and were dropped off by a driver named Thomas from Eden Cabs in Portadown. I asked the two people if I could borrow their phone to call the taxi company I had booked through. They didn't answer, so I called Eden Cabs and they could not have been more helpful. I explained that I could not make outgoing calls, and they agreed to call me back to try and get me a taxi sorted. Then the guy Thomas calls me and tells me he's on the way. After waiting for 30 minutes or more in the cold, the driver from Eden turns up and brings me home. However, we stopped at two bank machines and despite having money in my account, the chip on my card wouldn't work and I couldn't withdraw the fare. He continued to drop me home and was absolutely wonderful about the situation, despite my obvious humiliation. He said to just drop it in to the office when I got a chance, which I did, giving him a few pound extra and some chocolate as a thank you. He was honestly the most wonderful driver I've ever had in my life, and I am so happy that he was so willing to help a young girl in the cold, 25 minutes away from home. I will never forget the service nor his kindness. Thank you Thomas.

Best taxi service ever, I was stuck for a lift one night coming off the train on one of the busiest Saturday nights ever, Eden Cabs went out of their way to get me a cab, unfortunately I could only give them 5 stars they should be getting 10 stars but google won't allow me.

Got my lift through here today and I highly would not recommend through digusting service my mum was given,will stick too bann taxis like I have for years! Worse mistake ever.

Fire the bloody woman on the phone she is horrible, no interaction, rude and she is the first impression that a customer gets from your brand so it would be better for you to just get rid of that disrespectful person
