Great customer service and quick arrival phoned this company at 3am and the driver arrived within 30 minutes and got me to the airport unlike others in the town who take bookings but fail to show up will use Diamond from now on.
I’m a very quiet girl and I find it hard to make conversation, but these taxi drivers are warm and welcome and are very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this taxi service.
I used this considerably for 3 days. Excellent service, helpful, prompt switchboard, drivers came exactly on time and were all polite, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about the area which I didn’t know and made interesting suggestions for visits. I would definitely recommend this firm.
I've never had an issue with Diamond Taxis. Punctual, professional and courteous to a fault. A very well ran company with more than enough drivers to guarantee a lift any time of the day or night. I'd recommend to anyone for local runs, airport and anything in between. They organised a short tour of Armagh for American friends of mine which easily would have cost upwards of £70 with any provider, Eleanor was extremely competitively priced nowhere near how much they deserved considering their local knowledge and how easily they accommodated our friend who had to use a wheelchair during her stay. An absolute credit to the town
Awful experience - booked a taxi at 7 o'clock for 2.30am for a 15 minute lift which never showed. Was after 3am before we could get a hold of anyone in the company, they were completely aware that we had made the booking but said they had went somewhere else instead. Never thought to contact us and left us stranded. Woman on the phone didn't give a crap. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
