Every single day it’s the same thing I book the taxi every Sundays for the week days so my daughter can go to school and it’s always late , never in time they must know that my adress lives a black girl because at the next door is a white girl and they always on time every single day on time .. so sad … I’m getting social worker involved because fona cab says 5/10 min wait and turns out it’s always 40/50 min wait and plus whenever u call they said “listen there’s nothing I can do I’m gonna hang out , or if we always late walk lol” what a f… service 0 fat stars for you. “Thank you for choosing fonaCAB my A..”
Worse taxi firm I have ever come across , pre-booked a taxi prepaid also . Taxi was not there when my concert was over at the time I booked to which I rang and was told that non of the drivers wanted to drive to my location as it was very busy lots of traffic as to which there wasn't . Good at taking money but not sending your taxi . We were then stranded could not get a hotel or another taxi , then a very nice taxi firm got us sorted 3 hours of walking the streets, BEWARE of this and book with someone else
Taxi ordered allowing plenty of time but arrived too late. Won't be using them again

Woman on phone was rude. Hung up on me while I was talking.
Never on time. Ever. Then literally as the driven showed up, I got a text with a driver tracker showing where the driver was - pointless. I then got a second text with the car type and reg when I was sitting in the car! Surely it can't be difficult to send this 5 or 10 minutes before when it is of some use and so I know that they'll be late?!? That said, the drivers are always good fellas and work hard, it's just the punctuality and lack of info which is so so so frustrating.
Most drivers pleasant enough but I think it’s quiet dear compared to other small companies
The taxi arrived 40 minutes late and was picking up my 8 year old son and I. The driver had £3.20 on the meter and then added another £5.00 surcharge manually - saying he had to be paid for his journey from Portadown. When I asked him to explain how the manual surcharge and the £3.20 correlated he performed an emergency stop on a main road and asked me did I want to get out. I was shocked at his demeanour and asked him to continue to our destination. At the end of the 2 mile journey I asked who he drove for, as a friend had booked the cab. He said he drove for himself and would not identify himself. I have never reported a taxi before but the driver’s attitude combined with performing an emergency stop on a main road with an 8 year old in the vehicle was disgusting. Avoid. Black VW Passat.
Booked a taxi for 8.30am to take my daughter to school after we were in a car crash and on both occasions taxi turned up at 9.10am. But I have been informed that the drivers don't like doing school drops because they get stuck in traffic down there. Used to be one of the best taxi firms in portadown but not any more .
