We offer decent Chinese cuisine at affordable prices. Our chefs are well experienced and were specially recruited from the finest restaurant in Central London. Our staff are friendly and polite. We design and update our menus regularly, with an attempt to keep your dining experience at 88 fresh and enjoyable. Fully licensed with large selection of wines, beer and spirits.

The staffs here are really friendly, and the dishes especially Chinese dim sam are perfect, it’s a must go place.

Never had such horrible food. Though quick Chinese after 10 hours of travel would be a good thing but absolutely not. House special chow mein had raw dry noodles hard to see in a picture and seafood in was absolutely raw. Duck with cashew rice wasn’t even rice and as can see from picture there’s 5 bits of skin and fat off the actual duck and nothing more. Oh yes there was not even 1 customer inside so can’t see any reason why food wouldn’t be cooked. Horrible food, better get packed food from Tesco next door. Do not ever even try that’s my recommendation about the place.

My friend and I popped in on a Friday night about 1930. It was reasonably busy but we were shown to a table straight away.  The man, that I can only assume to be the owner, was very welcoming and attentive. We ordered one of the set menus and all the food was really good. My only criticism was that all the food was served on cold plates so it didn't stay warm very long. We weren't in a rush so took our time with the meal so it was cold pretty quickly.  We'll go back because it was nice but probably wouldn't order a set menu again. We couldn't get through it quick enough

Went there last week with my family and the food there was delicious and the service was also great. It also has a great atmosphere so we really enjoyed our meal. Would definitely come back!! You can't go wrong with this chinese

Brought a take away for my Grandfather who is really picky with his choice and quality of food.  Ordered a off the menu chinese specialty, "Ho-Fun Stir Fry with Fish & Beancurd Tofu.  Having tasted a bite myself first, I must say I was impress with the freshness of Fish & Beancurd and the flavour was perfectionist. My Grandfather ate it all and left me with nothing but the smell to digust my own hunger.  Highly recommend this family run business.

I've been to the best and worst in London's Chinatown. My gf is half Chinese/Thai and we both agree this is one of the best. Superb food  both traditional Chinese and EuroChinky friendly service and unbelievably good value. Highly recommended.

Popped in for a quick lunch here. Service was quick. Food was lovely. I'll very much be back.

Have tried a lot of the Chinese takeaways in southampton, this is definitely the best, good chow meins and sweet and sour chicken.

Excellent service and food fantastic. Staff first class and decore is wonderful
