7 Continents are quite a good company, but they need to improve on their system of payment because they may lose customers if it does not improve. However, a service provider called Ashan was a very good staff. He is very hard-working and patience. It was very hard for him to get the kind of ticket I wanted but he was patient with me. He is an excellent staff!

Very Happy with the service provided by 7 Continents Travel. I was served by a gentleman named "Honey" who dealt with my query in an extremely professional and efficient manner. I was given a very good price for the ticket and the process hardly took an hour and a half. He actually, stayed back until I was issued with the e-ticket and made sure that there was no issue even though his shift had already ended 2 hours ago. I would definitely recommend 7 continents. Thank you

I am happy with the service I received from your company. Hashim one of your agents has been excellent. He got me a good umrah deal. £1600 for the last 10 days of Ramadan with five star hotel in Makkah

CAUTION!! Terrible experience. Take your money and spend it elsewhere! They play nice at first but later they will give you a very bad package. I am very disappointed in 7 Continents Travel. They are very unprofessional! I wish I had read reviews before, these guys will scam you!! You are warned! Good luck.

Their customer service is excellent and precise. Maira rendered a quality service and attended to all my questions and their price is cheaper than other agents around
