Staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, not just for students so if you need help with planning a trip I'd recommend it for everyone!

Terrible customer service. They all seemed hungover and unprofessional.

You are better off walking further down and getting the guys at Flight Centre to help you. 

They are cheaper too!
