I was talking with a nice Lady called Rosie who works in  a Flight Centre  .She was very friendly and polite ..So planing to book a return ticket from LHR   to KUL ....Very good Service

I would have hoped flight centre did a bit more to help with trips. After I booked my trip there was things later introduced like visas, the airline I was using not doing long hall flights anymore and additional documents. Flight centre didn't tell me any of this, it was things I found out about online and emailed them. I hoped they would have come across this stuff and tell me rather than vice versa

We want to thank the Kiwi travel agent who went above and beyond helping us with our very complicated flight bookings this afternoon. She was inundated with many customers and was left on her own as her colleague had called in sick. She remained calm, exceptionally polite and professional even when an irate customer behaved so appallingly towards her because they were unhappy having to wait. We will be returning to book another flight with her for our Christmas trip home Down Under. Thanks

Robert pile excellent person he came to my assistance immadetly  helpfull sorted my flight reservatuon i dont know what i would have done wihout rob done donedone without  rob very gappy i think he is the right person for the job

Darren organised a pretty complex trip to Aus for my Brother, Mother and I and COVID unfortunately completely turned things upside down with numerous rebookings, refunds etc. Exceptional effort and as we always do we will continue to book our travel with Flight Centre - over the years they have made many of our trips so easy and so many times saved us from impossible dilemma's. This store offers amazing customer service and great banter and travel knowledge.  They sorted me out when I had an emergency and again when I needed a well deserved getaway.  Ask for the manager Jess. She's fantastic.  Thanks Flight Centre!
