After having a very wonderful experience dealing with a lady at this agency, I then had the misfortune of dealing with a rude and patronising fellow who could not present himself in a clear and comprehensible manner. Decided to take my custom elsewhere.

Long queue, waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. Agent was very helpful once we got seen.
