I have used IKB Travel as reliable and descerning agents for many years, particularly to the Middle East. Mr Kassim was the latest agent I had the pleasure of dealing with at IKB. He understood our travel requirements quickly and tailored an itinerary specific to us, in a light hearted and friendly manner, starting the vacation early!
Poor customer service, called them a few times a each one of them quoted completely different prices for flight tickets, was even told incorrect baggage allowance!!! So disappointed, don't waste your time and go somewhere else!
Our family has used Mr Kasem Arkwazi for all our travel requirements, he is incredibly knowledgeable regarding travel restrictions of various airlines and countries, especially given the current climate, and has helped make our travel seamless and stress free. We look forward to booking again with him on our next trip and recommend his services.
