Attentive staff and good service, apparent wood fired pizza oven which I suspect was actually gas fired. Like so many chain eateries, has to serve what head office tells them to. Our starter was supposed to be a blend of cheese and courgette as a sort of fritter, but was a tasteless fried object filled with a kind of paste. Our pizzas were good but the filling on my classic Italian hot was mostly a kind of mincemeat with hot spice Not good value. Small bottle of cider was overpriced. Never been to a zizzi will not go again.

Was in Eastbourne for couple of days and didn't want usual chain of pizza places. Saw this and went in for takaway. They were so nice and helpful with my diet requirements I decided to eat it there. Felt comfortable as a woman on my own. Definitely return soon.

Good customer service and really impressed with kids menu. Normal menu however quite expensive.

Perfect ambiant atmosphere, cosy and warm. The food and service were both excellent.

Went there last night and got told they do vegan options. When I sat down I asked if they have vegan pizza? The waitress said hang on, she went off and came back with a different menu. The menu has a dairy free pages, vegan pages and gluten free pages. Was so excited. I had my first pizza in 3 yrs. Was lovely and even got a real desert, not just a sorbet like other places. Would highly recommend 😀😀😀😀
