Made an order here this evening around 7.30. At 8pm we got the text to say it had left the store and was on the way. After 15 mins went by I live 2-3 mins drive from this store I called to ask if the driver was close by to which I was told they were and would be with us in the next couple of minutes. Another 10 mins went by to which I called again to which the girl on the phone put me straight on hold which was extremely rude and not wanting to listen to me. I again called back to which I told her I wanted to cancel I want a full refund to which I was told they cannot do and I have to do this online which I have found no option to do!? I called again at 8.35pm 35 mins since it left the store to which another girl answered who this time was a lot better to deal with and actually helpful. She said she will sort a full refund and if we still want the pizza we can do for free of charge but didn’t know if or when it would. It’s now 8.50pm so I am not holding much hope for this delivery now. We’ve been left very hungry and feeling extremely angry about this!
Ugh, the pizza’s are fine but the drivers are terrible. Today the driver could not be arsed to call the doorbell of the flat and called instead, only for me to tell them the doorbell worked fine and it was not broken as he told me . After 10 minutes I went down to see my food on the side table next to main entrance and no one around. Laziness and rudeness, I would have complained officially if the pizza was bad.
We walked into dominos, one lady told us that she couldn't serve us as she had bad English. She called someone back the back and another 2 guys came out and ignored us for 5 minutes and then said again they can't serve us because there drivers only. A fourth man came out and choose to answer the phone instead of serving us after waiting 10 minutes. They lost 2 customers in the end.
Part of the deal that I ordered wasn't delivered. I phoned them to be told they would give me a refund. No refund has arrived, will not use again.
Food here was top, there service is excellent albeit a little slow because they are very very busy most of the time with deliveries. If you can wait it will definelty be worth it. Great service from the lady and gentleman.
Pizza was average. What was most disappointing was ordering late into the evening on a Friday night and bring forced to stand outside and wait for the pizza to be made. Awful customer service. Go elsewhere, will be cheaper and better service.
I ordered a lunch time Meal and I had got hair in my pizza. When I returned the pizza the store manager was rude and did not respond well. I asked for refund and instead of giving me full refund manager gave me £5. Where my order was 7.19. I asked manager to provide return back to my original payment method which is by card. It's been more than 10 working days and I haven't received any money back. Again I called manager but the same person was rude. Please guys do make sure that you do not eat your pizza with eyes close as you might get someone's hair in your pizza.
Paid the offer price which in reality is what a large pizza should be. Pizza needed more cheese. Waited outside for pizza but didn't get notified immediately when it was ready. Only when I went in to check did they realise it had already been made. Branch bombarded with takeaway calls as a result customers in person don't seem to get any priority these days.
Dropped in for a Pizza this weekend. Like all Dominos, the food was great, hot and tasty. What I especially like about this one though is that there are a few small tables if you want to eat there and then - which we did. There isn't much space, but at least there has been some though to accommodate those too hungry to wait, or not local enough to take away. Staff were friendly and polite. Couldn;t ask for more.
Please more heart for pizza... please
