I used Zenith for the first time today and I would like to thank Ash for fitting me in for my phone screen repair. It was very last minute and he even dropped the phone off to my workplace once it was finished. Very professional and would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you again!
Macbook repaired after water damage. Repair cost over £250 which is fine, however, new battery that was replaced has not worked correctly as you need to keep the charging port in continuously and as soon as you remove it the laptop shuts down. I tried repeatedly to get hold of Ash by calls and text messages but no reply. I thought I may have had some luck as I work with his mum. Too much hassle to continue chasing so I'll chalk it up to experience.
Ash to the Rescue again. I have visited Ash at his shop on numerous occasions over the years and his service has never slipped. Laptop gave up on me which needed a complete reinstall and the hard drive replaced. Pleased to see he had all the required measure to ensure covid protocols were met. All in all, Ash is the man if you want an honest service. He also, years ago, fitted in CCTV on 1 of my business' premises which I purchased from him. Look forward to using them again when needed.
If it weren't for Ash, I'd be absolutely stuck. Not only did he repair my computer but he also recovered all my lost data. Also had a discussion about my outdated CCTV. He came out and gave me a very reasonable quote not over priced like some of the others I had give me an estimate. Thank you very much everything working perfectly. Highly recommend.
Ash is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had laptop problems, with memory and speed. Ash upgraded the system for me at a very good price. I was so impressed with his service and was in the need for CCTV that he is also in the process of installing them for me at my house. Highly recommended.
I recently used this company to fix my MacBook Air when I spilt a glass of water on it. The Computer had stopped working and could not be used. They were very efficent and fixed my MacBook within hours. I was able to pick up my fixed computer on the same day I dropped it off, which I was very impressed with. My computer now works perfectly and I have had no issues with it since. I am currently posting this review using my MacBook. :D
Great Service all around. Have been using Zenith Multimedia Services for years and have always advised me professionally from start to finish. The owner has always gone out his way to walk me through the process and has been transparent with 5 star service. I would highly recommend!
Fake Reviews Found the review below written in my name, Ive never heard of this company or indeed written this review! Very Excellent services, Got Ash to run Ethernet cable from my office at home to my router. and to Install their smart Intruder Alarm and HD CCTV cameras. Out standing Clear quality camera too. Would highly recommend anyone to use Zenith Multimedia Services. Job well done thanks to Ash and Team
Terrible expirence. They needed my password to do a simple iPhone screen repair, this is highly unusual and I’ve never heard of this happening anywhere else. The phone had one screen repair previously, this was done by Apple. Apparently this was so perplexing to Zenith that they messed up the repair an had my phone for a week! Absolutely useless. Do not use this company, the customer service is atrocious. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
I Have been using Zenith for over 9 years, Ash as been very helpful over the years. I have bought computers built to specification for my needs and had CCTV cameras installed by Ash. Would highly recommend Zenith Multimedia. Services.
