Really disappointing. After bad experiences at John Lewis and Clarks I thought I'd found the answer. Sadly not. Measured my son's feet incorrectly giving him shoes that hurt. Then when I took them back they offered no apology but told me he must have had a growth spurt - very unrealistic within a week. They then give me shoes that were a whole size too big without any offer of a refund or at least some money off the new pair when it was obviously their fault. Sadly I will never return and definitely don't recommend the shop.

Fantastic shop with amazing knowledge and expertise especially for children. Have been going for years and its the only shoe shop I will take my kids too! Not pushy with sales but incredible information and great advice!
