I ordered a sheaf of flowers for the funeral of my father's friend.  My father had also passed away recently so these were sent on his behalf.  They were chosen from the photo on the website and cost £45.  At the funeral today we looked at the sheaf of flowers and were very disappointed.  They were not even half open, they were floppy and just did not look freshly put together.  I phoned the shop and the manager said that they cannot control the weather, it's cold and 'We can't make the flowers open.  Next time order something in oasis'.  He also said ''What more do you want me to do?' and offered me £5 refund. That wasn't the point. What I wanted was a fresh looking bunch of flowers from an experienced  florist and that is not what I got.  You don't get a chance to repeat the tribute so I'm really sad on my father behalf.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to celebrate my friend's new shop opening. The staff were not only friendly on the phone but also created a lovely bouquet that stayed with my preferred price range. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and were delivered on time. I will definitely buy from Majestic Flowers again.

We have asked Stephanie, an amazing and awards winning florist, to organise flowers for our daughter’s wedding.  She coordinated flowers for the bride, bridesmaids, buttonholes for the groom’s party, flowers for the ceremony and decoration for the wedding reception.  We are lucky enough to have Stephanie helping us on this important event and she was always on point when coming up with ideas for our daughter’s wedding.  We would like to thank her making the day so beautiful and all the hard work she did to make it come together.

Majestic Flowers did a lovely handmade arrangements for us which still looks lovely after 9 months. I am very pleased with it.
