I walked into this Jewellers for the first time today and asked if they could help me with my ring size, there was a man standing in the doorway chatting loudly to one of the ladies behind the counter and he did not move for me when I wanted to come inside. They did not greet me, not even a smile. I asked the other lady behind the counter if she could help me with my ring size and she quickly shut me down with "No, we do not measure rings sizes here". And that was it! I could not believe the treatment I received from these people. It's a shoddy looking place anyway, I do not recommend it. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff (rude written all over it!) Shame on you. Any other Jewellers would help me with a smile! Oh and as I walked out, I had to move around this loud man STILL chatting to one of the ladies behind the counter!

I asked for a quote on fixing my engagement ring and he said £135. After taking it to Charms in Southgate to see if they could better that price because I thought it was quite expensive, charms fixed and cleaned it for £40..!!! And they did a great job.
