Zaza Gelato London Ice Cream

We came here on a Sunday not expecting the whole area to be shut ... apart from this little place ... what a relief!! Lovely place, modern design, self service. We came for coffee and it was really good, we also had gorgeous biscuits to go with it. It's in a good location, looking out over a large lake so in the summer would be extra nice, however it was very blowy and wet when we visited, not a lot of seating inside but we managed to grab a seat. It sells lots of really nice foody bits to take away so worth a look

Amazing place! So many tasty ice-cream flavours to choose from. And it has vegan options too! I highly recommend the mango sorbet. Nice staff and nice location. Will definitely visit again

Gelato a casa deserves 5 stars. Huge variety of ice creams including some unique flavours you ought to try ekmek mastic. They even have doggy ice cream :-p Beyond ice cream, they have an equally big selection of sweet delicacies and some savoury ones, including Greek cheese pies. Their coffees and drinks are also recommended. If you are passing by, you should try it.

Amazing discover in Poplar! I was craving for some good Italian gelato and found this place on google, saw the good reviews so I decided to have a try. Super friendly staff! I couldn’t decide about couple of flavours and the lovely lady made me try both of them. At the end I choose Strawberry sorbet and Dark chocolate with cherries… absolutely delicious! The location is so pretty! Really enjoyed my Sunday gelato and will be definitely back to try all the other flavours!

Gelato a Casa is a hidden gem in London and a very special place, with unique ice cream flavours that I’ve never seen anywhere else in the city. The taste is amazing as everything is handmade and fresh. We tried many different flavours and loved blood orange, as well as strawberry, and black coconut - We recommend them! The service is also great and we had a nice chat with the owner. I would highly recommend people to visit Gelato a Casa to try this unique place, it is amazing. We will be regular customers from now on. PS Thank you Gelato a Casa!

Customer service was amazing, went their with my children and the staff were so nice and kind and make the ice cream look very special. They have so many flavours we tried chocolate, strawberry, cookies and banofee which all just tasted okay.

5Star Gelato - not standard ice-cream. They make unique delicious flavours with real fruits and desserts incorporated nicely. New flavours available about every week. They also serve good portion sizes. The nearby area is quite nice too for Summer chilling whilst indulging.

The coffee is vastly inferior to other places in the surrounding area. Ordered a black americano and it was extremely bitter. The coffee took five minutes to cool down whilst I was sat outside in the cold even with the lid off. Not sure if the water temperature of the coffee was the cause of the nasty bitterness or the coffee itself. I wouldn’t return here for coffee.

This place is an absolute gem! The staff are super friendly, they have some crazy flavours, and the gelato is delicious. Would highly recommend if you're in the area, as they have indoor and outdoor seating, or you can sit on a bench and admire the massive pond outside.

I came here just because I was passing by and it was one of the most pleasing surprises I’ve had in a long time. Very kind and friendly service, explaining each flavour and happily offering a sample to assure that you decide which flavour is best for you. It’s one of the best ice creams that I’ve had after being in so many places and for sure here it’s worth to have a detour. I hope to come back soon! 100% recommended
