Atmosphere is good, nice clean environment. The two staff who served us were very nice and quick. The food was great, I recommend the white chocolate and strawberry crepeFood: 5/5
I loved it. This place has an enormous selection of gelato, cakes, desserts, coffees, cookies, macaroons - all at very reasonable prices and far better IMO than all of the big name coffee shops. Clean, fun decor, friendly and helpful staff, in a very convenient location next to the Bermondsey tube station. This has become our favorite out stop in a strategic location when we are out and about. Highly recommended.
Dropped in to kill some time, ordered a tea and a small chocolate brownie it cost me £7.55. I know things have got expensive but this is taking the P. I didn't even get a pot of tea and the brownie was tiny, I've had alot better at a fraction of the cost. AVOID!Food: 1/5
Nice selection of ice creams, sorbets, milkshakes, waffles and pancakes. Disability access is adequate, though seating in general is limited. Service is and presentation of food is good. 1min away from Bermondsey Station and buses. Takeaway Presentation look similar to dine in.

I had the Ferraro Roche waffle and it was epic and delicious. Best low key dessert place in London so far
I fully understand that toilets are reserved for customers. However, when it's heavy rain outside, and when someone is in urgent need of using the restroom, a small act of kindness or gesture to let them in would have been appreciated. It was evident that I was coming from work with my suit and that I would only need to use the toilet briefly, for no more than 20 seconds and carry on my walk home, and I would have left it clean as well. I'll be sure to get my gelato from another place. On a positive note, the establishment looked clean, and the food seemed appealing
Really good tasting desserts only got 2 stars due to lack of pictures on the menu as you do not know how the item looks like and shockingly bad service no employees want to talk to you or serve you and they avoid eye contact at all costs and you left just standing or sitting there until you force someone to talk to you
The people there always have a smile on their faces. There is a variety of desserts you can buy for a cheap price. The food has never had any issues with it.Food: 5/5
They don’t even worth one star. The rudest staff ever. I went at 9.30 today with my husband to buy some ice cream. We didn’t even stay for 3 minutes and they were rushing me to decide which flavour I wanted. No smile, no greetings nothing. When I asked for Nutella or chocolate spread on top she said that they didn’t have and when I asked what they had she mentioned some syrups and at the end she showed me chocolate spread. Then she said with an attitude that I would have to pay for that which was something I was going to do anyway. She charged me for £1.50 and she put just a tiny bit. I am pregnant and didn’t want to argue and upset myself even more. Who do they think they are? It’s the second chance I gave them and I’m not planning to go again..
