We visited Creams Cafe this morning to relax and enjoy some coffee and crepes, and Sheikh Faisal delivered exceptional service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The crepe was delicious, and the coffee was perfect! Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to Faisal's great hospitality. We'll definitely be back!
We visited Creams Cafe again today and were once again served by the wonderful Sheikh Faisal. His friendly and warm demeanor made the experience fantastic, just like the last time. We enjoyed the milk chocolate cookie dough and a cappuccino, which were both amazing and delish. Faisal's attentive service and welcoming personality made our visit even more enjoyable. It's always a pleasure being served by him - we'll definitely be back again!
I recently visited Creams with a friend, and we had an incredible experience, thanks to the fantastic team. Shaharin, Maria, and Faizal went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The service was top-notch, and they truly made us feel valued. I'm delighted to have spotted Creams Cafe while walking along the streets of Marble Arch in the early hours. The atmosphere immediately felt warm, and inviting as I stepped in. I onĺy ordered a mint tea as I was still full from a meal I had earlier in the evening so can't comment on the food yet, but will return with a friend for some food very soon, and will update my review. Special thanks to Mo and Shay! The customer service from both men is outstanding! Five stars!
Well this place certainly didn't disappoint. We came in the lady was very friendly and showed us the menu and to a table. We ordered at the till and waited.. bizarrely food came before the drinks but not by much. There was only one person behind the counter whilst our food and drinks were being made so I thought she did well! It all tasted amazing so we genuinely didn't mind. The place was clean and had a fun upbeat kinda feel to it. We really enjoyed it but I'm glad we don't live nearby as I'd be the size of a house!!
If I could, I would give more stars. Food was phenomenal and service was really friendly. If I didn't live in germany, I would likely eat there every week ^^Food: 5/5
